XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior IT Service Continuity Analyst. This role is crucial for maintaining IT service operations and minimizing disruptions. • Applying Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to minimize the impact of IT service interruptions.
• Developing strategies to ensure essential IT services continue during and after incidents.
• Identifying and assessing risks that could disrupt IT services and developing mitigation measures.
• Coordinating the execution of continuity and recovery plans, including regular testing.
• Monitoring the performance of continuity and recovery plans and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of continuity plans.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Risk Management.
• Knowledge in Information Technology.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in planning and organizing complex IT contingency tests (desirable).
• Deep knowledge in hybrid cloud infrastructure (desirable).
• Knowledge in agile methodologies of governance and project management (desirable).
