XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior IT Service Continuity Analyst. This role is crucial for maintaining IT service operations and minimizing disruptions. - Applying Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to minimize the impact of IT service interruptions.
- Developing strategies to ensure essential IT services continue during and after incidents.
- Identifying and assessing risks that could disrupt IT services and developing mitigation measures.
- Coordinating the execution of continuity and recovery plans, including regular testing.
- Monitoring the performance of continuity and recovery plans and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of continuity plans.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Risk Management.
- Knowledge in Information Technology.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in planning and organizing complex IT contingency tests (desirable).
- Deep knowledge in hybrid cloud infrastructure (desirable).
- Knowledge in agile methodologies of governance and project management (desirable).
