The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will provide advanced support for issues related to WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Data Center technologies and environments. He will ensure the availability, performance, and quality of the infrastructure supporting the business, implement solutions to support other technology areas, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in the network infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing advanced support for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Data Center technologies.
• Ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, and quality.
• Implementing solutions to support other technology areas.
• Supporting digital transformation through innovation and continuous improvement.
• Staying updated with the latest technologies and promoting knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing/Switching (Cisco and Juniper), LAN, WAN, and Dynamic Routing (OSPF, BGP).
• Experience with WLAN, Data Centers, Identity Management (Cisco ACI), Wifi (Aruba), DWDM, Firewalls (Palo Alto), and Load-Balancers (F5 Big IP).
• Troubleshooting experience.
