Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

DKatalis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its agile engineering team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting digital products, with a focus on full-stack development. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality and impact. The Senior Software Engineer will also share learnings and mentor junior engineers.

• Designing, refining, and developing products from concept to implementation.
• Creating best-in-class product experiences.
• Scaling and evolving platforms, services, and tools.
• Collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Mentoring engineers.
• Ensuring application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Improving code quality and product execution.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Java/Javascript or derivatives (Typescript, NodeJS, Scala, Kotlin, Springboot, etc.).
• Experience in front-end development (Flutter preferred).
• Experience with Lean/XP practices (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration/Delivery).
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
