Upgrade is seeking a Director of People and Culture to champion a purpose-driven, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the organization. This role involves leading a team of HR professionals, partnering with senior leadership, and driving strategies that elevate employee engagement and foster belonging.

- Leading the design and implementation of a cohesive people and culture strategy.
- Coaching and mentoring a high-performing team of HR professionals.
- Designing and launching enterprise-level initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement.
- Developing and executing proactive employee relations strategies.
- Providing expert counsel to leaders on conflict resolution and employee investigations.
- Partnering with Legal and HR leadership to develop and operationalize policies.
- Identifying current and future organizational capability needs.
- Leading the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align employee relations initiatives with business goals.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
