Job Description

Tide is seeking a Sales Representative for Payment Solutions to guide small business owners in selecting suitable EPOS and card reader devices. The role involves ensuring clients have the optimal solution for efficient payment processing, supporting their operational needs and growth.

The Sales Representative will work in a dynamic, data-driven environment, reaching out to existing Tide members to understand their business and payment needs. They will educate members on the benefits of Tide's card reader solutions and collaborate with other departments on product launches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to existing Tide members
  • Building rapport and educating members
  • Working in a dynamic and data driven environment
  • Working cross functionally with other departments
  • Testing of new leads/scripts
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks and work on projects

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales experience
  • Understanding of card payment processing
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Customer-first attitude
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
  • Some knowledge of Buyer Behaviour, Sales and KYC
