Product Manager, Claude Capabilities

Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Claude.ai's core capabilities. This role will focus on enhancing user experience and driving adoption of Claude's AI capabilities. The Product Manager will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and user experience, transforming Claude into an intuitive and practical tool.Role involves:

• Defining and executing the product vision and strategy.
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
• Identifying and prioritizing key use cases.
• Partnering with design and engineering to create intuitive interfaces.
• Driving rapid experimentation in prompting patterns and UI flows.
• Defining and tracking core metrics for user engagement.
• Analyzing user behavior patterns.
• Collaborating with sales, support, and success teams.
• Partnering with marketing to develop compelling narratives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of shipping successful consumer or prosumer applications.
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
