Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their EMEA Industries team in London. This role involves driving the adoption of safe AI by securing strategic deals with top enterprises across the EMEA markets. The Enterprise Account Executive will leverage consultative sales expertise and technical acumen to propel revenue growth, becoming a trusted partner to customers. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning.
Responsibilities: - Contribute to the Industries team GTM strategy.
- Drive strategic expansion within key accounts.
- Own a revenue target and all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Provide clear recommendations based on deep industry expertise.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
- Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices.
Requirements: - 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Proven experience exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets.
- Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
