Job Description
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of its AI solutions within the healthcare sector across the EMEA region. This role focuses on engaging with healthcare payors and providers to implement AI solutions that transform patient care, optimize operations, and improve outcomes.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Partnering with the HCLS Applied AI team to articulate technical capabilities.
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
  • Navigating complex buying processes and negotiating contracts.
  • Leveraging strategic partnerships, including AWS.
  • Monitoring sales pipeline and market trends.
  • Capturing and communicating industry-specific requirements.
  • Representing Anthropic at industry events.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to address healthcare-specific challenges.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the UK/EMEA market, with 5+ years in healthcare technology sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Experience navigating lengthy procurement cycles.
  • Strong relationships with senior executives.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations.
