Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to play a crucial role in building and maintaining world-class CRM systems for their GTM team. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to design and implement tactical and project-related deliverables that support business growth. They will work closely with Revenue Operations team members and business partners to understand requirements and drive strategic solutions, always focusing on flexibility, maintainability, and scale.Role involves:

• Configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs
• Implementing QTC solutions with Salesforce and other systems (Stripe and Metronome)
• Designing and developing high-quality solutions in an agile environment
• Working closely with operations and business partners to understand and refine requirements
• Building for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability
• Ensuring appropriate controls and documentation are followed
• Dealing with ambiguity and resolving problems
• Configuring and maintaining other business systems like Hubspot, Apollo, and Clay
• Building and optimizing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience
• Experience implementing and maintaining QTC/CPQ solutions
• Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM application architecture
• Experience with data migration and integrating Salesforce with other platforms/services
• Experience with financial systems such as Stripe and Netsuite (Metronome a plus)
• Basic SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses
• Proven experience scaling Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments
• Experience working closely with a fast-growing GTM organization
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgment
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ years of Salesforce developer experience (nice to have)
