GitLab, an open core software company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its Revenue Marketing team. This remote role, based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Ireland, or Germany, focuses on leading initial outreach to targeted Enterprise accounts in conjunction with Field and Digital Marketing teams. The SDR will employ creative marketing and sales strategies to engage with various buyer personas, introducing GitLab’s value and generating qualified meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization.

Role involves:

  • Managing inbound lead flow.
  • Conducting high-level discovery conversations.
  • Meeting or exceeding Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets.
  • Collaborating with teammates to develop targeted lists and messaging.
  • Researching accounts and identifying key players.
  • Managing and tracking activities in Salesforce.
  • Mentoring new SDR hires.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French.
  • Positive phone skills and strong writing skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of achievements.
  • Alignment with GitLab's values.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
