NeuraFlash is seeking an AWS Consultant to join their team in Vancouver, Canada. NeuraFlash is redefining the future of business through AI and technologies like Agentforce. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and assist in preparing workshops for client engagements. They will also gain knowledge of Telephony Systems, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect platforms to provide tailored solutions.

The role involves:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Documenting and managing process flows, functional specifications, and system designs.
• Assisting in preparing discovery and design workshops for client engagements.
• Gaining knowledge of Telephony Systems, Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms to provide tailored solutions.
• Working closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination (internships included).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design.
• Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
