Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Senior AWS Developer to contribute to the future of business through AI and technologies like Agentforce. The Senior AWS Developer will execute and implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. This role involves delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect.Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Providing technical advisory support during business process reviews.
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Hands-on development of Solution Designs, leveraging best practices.
• Leading a development team, distributing tasks, and performing code reviews.
• Delivering technical end-user training and documentation.
• Exercising independent judgment and leading enterprise-level projects.

Requirements include:

• Experience with hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
