FourKites, a fast-paced and innovative startup, is seeking a Manager of Technical Account Management (TAM) to join its Customer Operations organization. This role involves evolving and maintaining the vision of the TAM team, reporting to the Director of TAM and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will be consultative, technical, analytical, and a strong leader passionate about helping customers maximize value using the FourKites platform.FourKites is on a mission to transform the world’s supply chains with the most powerful technology on the planet. With a customer base that includes 18 of the top-20 food and beverage companies and nine of the top-10 CPG companies.Responsibilities:
  • Growing and maintaining the charter and vision of the Technical Account Management team.
  • Prioritizing and monitoring team activity to ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
  • Managing day-to-day activities, including capacity planning, staffing, performance reviews, and escalation support.
  • Assisting the team in understanding complex requests and determining impactful solutions.
  • Partnering with Customer Success to identify and deliver product best practices.
  • Collaborating with peers in Customer Success, Carrier Operations, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Recruiting team members.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 2+ years of technical people leadership experience.
  • Experience with SQL, technical architecture, and integrations.
  • Understanding of technical challenges and effective internal collaboration.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Salesforce knowledge and comfort with Excel.
  • Familiarity with exception-based reporting.
  • Agile and thrives with teamwork and collaboration.
