Business Architect, GTM Systems

Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Business Architect to join their Integrated Operations Team. This role will focus on representing and driving requirements for Pure Storage's Go-To-Market Teams in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Group and IT on major systems initiatives, with a primary focus on their CPQ solution. The Business Architect will report to the VP, Sales Operations.Role involves:

• Representing GTM Teams in partnership with DTG/IT on major systems initiatives.
• Documenting and optimizing key CPQ processes.
• Championing change while orchestrating requirements gathering, sprint prioritization, user validation, and user testing.
• Partnering with Field Sales Operations and Enablement on rollouts and releases.
• Capturing field feedback and building on CPQ strategy.
• Partnering with GTM Sales Architect and DTG to inform the functional and technical roadmap.
• Auditing CPQ initiatives to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Shaping seller experience through analytics and voice of seller sessions.
• Surfacing pain points and introducing solutions leveraging AI and digital adoption technologies.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of deployed solutions.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in a similar role
• Sales background preferred, must have experience designing, implementing and enhancing CPQ
• Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environment
• Demonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finish
