Global Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Global Sales Operations Analyst to join their Sales Operations team in Bangalore. The analyst will support sales systems, manage data-related tasks, and provide communication support to enhance the user experience for sales teams.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the operations of GTM Systems stack (Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach).
• Managing user moves, additions, and changes in systems.
• Handling quota and data loads.
• Addressing application access issues in Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, and other systems.
• Troubleshooting system issues and escalating when necessary.
• Answering user questions about system functionality.
• Managing SKU configurations in SFDC.
• Compiling SFDC release notes and summarizing updates for end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales operations, business systems analysis, or equivalent.
• Certification in Salesforce and other CRM or sales platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
