Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join their FP&A Business finance team. This role involves providing financial insights and analytics, as well as financial modeling, for all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. The Senior Manager will collaborate with the Global FP&A team, GTM Operations, and the finance team to identify pain points, understand business context, and develop data-backed programs to improve business performance.
Role involves:
- Providing concise financial analysis to senior management.
- Supporting the Sales team with key financial metrics.
- Building scenario-based financial models.
- Developing business modeling and financial processes.
- Coaching analysts and collaborating with leadership.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the HiTech Industry or SaaS/Technology field.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ analysts.
- Proficiency in salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systems (preferred).
- Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings (preferred).
