Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the DSPM Product Management team. This hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA, involves defining DSPM strategy, leading cross-functional teams, supporting team member growth, driving collaboration, and ensuring alignment with go-to-market needs.Zscaler built its architecture from the ground up as a platform that could extend to new features and services. The Product Management team takes hold of this massive opportunity to deliver customers a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement.Responsibilities:

• Defining DSPM strategy, including SWOT analysis and alignment with company vision
• Leading cross-functional teams to align with Zscaler’s leadership and goals
• Supporting team members’ career growth, aspirations, and overall happiness
• Driving collaboration and innovation across the DSPM product portfolio
• Ensuring alignment with GTM needs and defining success metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in DSPM
• 10+ years in product management
• 5+ years as a senior PM leader
• Expertise in DLP and DSPM, and proven PM leadership
