Job Description
CalibriExample corp is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join their team in New York. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, providing information on services, answering phone calls, making reservations, and accommodating guests' needs. They will also handle cash transactions and perform other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
Role involves:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Providing information on services
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Making and canceling reservations
- Handling cash transactions
- Accommodating guests' needs
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Previous experience in gourmet or fine dining preferred
- Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluency in English required
