Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Gilroy, CA. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun's financial services through outreach activities and maintain the store's appearance.

• Welcoming members and providing quality service.
• Processing transactions and protecting member information.
• Exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing and sales-focused.
• Love to help members through outreach.
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
