Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Dallas, TX. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun’s financial services through outreach activities and maintain the store's appearance.

• Welcoming members and providing quality service.
• Processing transactions and protecting member information.
• Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing and sales-focused.
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
