The role involves:
- Handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats (50-60 per day).
- Achieving key performance metrics related to handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participating in comprehensive training to ensure confidence and competence.
- Collaborating within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Eligibility for full-time work (for visa holders).
- 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience.
- A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional references from previous employers.
