Job Description
Weploy is seeking experienced call centre specialists for upcoming roles in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. These onsite opportunities offer above-award hourly rates and the chance to work with leading Australian brands.The Role Involves:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound queries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Working with reputable clients in Financial Services, Waste Management Services, Healthcare, and more.
  • Taking an average of 50-60 calls per day.
  • Achieving key metrics such as average handling time, quality assurance, and roster adherence.
  • Participating in detailed training programs lasting 4-6 weeks.
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience in a call centre or high-volume phone-based role.
  • Confidence working with numbers and mathematics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work onsite in the office.
  • Professional references from previous employers.
