Job Description

OLIVER+ is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of projects that support brand, marketing, and communication strategies. The Project Manager will work closely with account teams, creative teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s business objectives. Additionally, they will explore GenAI tools to enhance workflow efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and improve project tracking.

Role Involves:

  • Working closely with the Business Director, Studio Manager, and Creative team to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with briefs.
  • Taking ownership of integrated creative projects, from initial briefing to final execution.
  • Collaborating with account and creative teams to establish key project milestones, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Liaising with clients to define campaign scope, producing detailed estimates and schedules.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks, process gaps, and challenges.
  • Communicating project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to senior management and client stakeholders.
  • Ensuring seamless handover of work between teams, managing dependencies and workflows effectively.
  • Assigning and scheduling projects based on internal resource availability, sourcing external resources as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to agency processes, compliance standards, and budget constraints.
  • Motivating and managing teams, ensuring high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Educating internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for production processes.
  • Regularly reporting on project performance, budget tracking, and scheduling updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring quality control by providing feedback and guidance to project teams.
  • Escalating any billing or estimate-related issues to the account lead as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or equivalent environment.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, print, social, and Point-of-Purchase (POP) projects.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including photo, video, and CGI production.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Workfront, Monday, Wrike, or other market-leading workflow solutions used in creative environments.
  • Ability to track and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and the potential of GenAI tools in optimizing project management tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Mac OS.
