Job Description
OLIVER+ is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and work remotely from Colombia. The company is a global team specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital/print content, partnering with over 300 clients in 40+ countries. As part of The Brandtech Group, OLIVER+ is at the forefront of leveraging AI technology to revolutionize creative and delivery processes.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of projects that support brand, marketing, and communication strategies. This role requires strong project management expertise, including timeline management, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. The Project Manager will work closely with account teams, creative teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s business objectives.
Role involves:
- Work closely with the Business Director, Studio Manager, and Creative team to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with briefs.
- Take ownership of integrated creative projects, from initial briefing to final execution.
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to establish key project milestones, schedules, and resource plans.
- Liaise with clients to define campaign scope, producing detailed estimates and schedules.
- Identify and manage opportunities for project optimization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage timing plans and estimates using internal tracking systems.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks, process gaps, and challenges.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless handover of work between teams, managing dependencies and workflows effectively.
- Assign and schedule projects based on internal resource availability, sourcing external resources as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to agency processes, compliance standards, and budget constraints.
- Motivate and manage teams, ensuring high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Educate internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for production processes.
- Regularly report on project performance, budget tracking, and scheduling updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure quality control by providing feedback and guidance to project teams.
- Escalate any billing or estimate-related issues to the account lead as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or equivalent environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, print, social, and Point-of-Purchase (POP) projects.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including photo, video, and CGI production.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Workfront, Monday, Wrike, or other market-leading workflow solutions used in creative environments.
- Ability to track and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and the potential of GenAI tools in optimizing project management tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Mac OS.
