Job Description
OLIVER+ is seeking a Senior Account Manager, also known as Integrated Project Manager, to join their team in Mumbai. OLIVER+ is part of The Brandtech Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running creative and production processes, working alongside the existing project management team to drive projects from brief to delivery. They should be passionate, talented, and able to manage multiple mid to high complexity projects with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires an understanding of project profitability and a proven track record of managing prestigious projects.

What this role involves:
  • Managing integrated projects across various disciplines (Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, Print).
  • Managing teams to deliver a wide range of deliverables, from email marketing to website content.
  • Implementing project management and production processes.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving continuous improvement and consulting on process improvements.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good eye for detail and quality control experience.
  • Software competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over processes.
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
