Head of Financial Shared Services

Job Description

Blacklane is seeking a Head of Financial Shared Services to drive the company's global payments strategy and risk management. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Financial Shared Services will lead a high-performing team, shape the payments, treasury, and fraud prevention landscape, and partner cross-functionally to support global growth and financial excellence.Role involves:

• Defining and executing the global payments roadmap.
• Leading enterprise-wide fraud prevention and mitigation strategies.
• Advising senior leadership on payments innovation, compliance, and risk.
• Overseeing global cash management, liquidity optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Building and managing strategic relationships with payment partners, acquirers, vendors, and regulators.

Requirements:

• Proven track record designing, implementing, and optimizing automated financial or transactional systems at scale.
• Advanced analytical skills, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Experience in identifying and automating manual processes.
• Fluency in financial and operational data analysis.
• Adept at integrating emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic mindset and strong leadership experience.
