Sr. Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to manage projects for Enterprise customers. The Project Manager will provide leadership to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both small and large customers and be comfortable with a rapid pace of change. They will be professional and confident in front of VP and Director-level stakeholders, possess a strong analytical and consultative mindset, and thrive when working against tight deadlines.Role involves:

• Monitoring and managing project financials, scope, and schedule.
• Driving implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Facilitating status meetings with the project team and stakeholders.
• Assisting consultant team members in delivering client presentations.
• Planning and managing B2B CRM systems and AI software projects.
• Coordinating IT project teams to incorporate client business requirements.
• Assessing business implications for each project stage.
• Executing the role of Agile Scrum Master.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
• Experience with salesforce.com serving as project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience.
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
