Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to contribute to Payhawk's success in the UK&I market. As a BDR, the individual will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving pipeline opportunities for the Account Executives. They will receive the necessary tools and coaching to excel in this role, with success being rewarded through financial incentives and career progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team in London to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Leverage marketing-led demand generation campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline for the UK&I market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Proactively identify new niches and create innovative campaign ideas.
  • Analyse outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:
