Socialpoint, part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family, is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to join their Analytics team in Barcelona. The Principal Data Analyst will partner with game teams to shape product strategy and drive impactful data-driven decisions that improve games, boost player engagement, and fuel business growth. They will combine quantitative analysis, business acumen, and technical expertise to uncover insights.

What this role involves:
• Driving analytics strategy for top games.
• Analyzing player behavior and product performance.
• Designing A/B tests and building predictive models.
• Mentoring analysts and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborating on improving data tools and promoting data literacy.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation design.
• Strong background in applied statistics.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business sense and product intuition.
