Ethos is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the partnerships business, focusing on transforming how insurance agents serve clients and grow their businesses. This role involves developing digital-first products and services, leveraging Ethos' offerings to create unique value for agents and drive long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to deliver results, with a blend of intellectual agility, analytical rigor, and technical expertise.
Role involves:
- Leading the identification and definition of product requirements for partnerships-driven initiatives.
- Championing a user-centric, design thinking approach to product development.
- Working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Facilitating clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Owning the product roadmap for partnership-driven projects.
- Establishing processes for continuous feedback from internal teams and partners.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in driving partnerships, integrations, and business development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with business, engineering, and design counterparts.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- A deep understanding of the customer journey and a passion for building products that deliver outstanding value to partners and end users.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong understanding of technology products, B2B partnerships, and SaaS solutions is essential.
- Comfortable with data analysis and using data to drive decisions.
