Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take full responsibility for the strategic direction and commercial success of the IONOS Private Cloud. The ideal candidate will shape the product and its market position through long-term strategies and roadmaps, identifying new market opportunities. They will conduct in-depth market analyses and competitive monitoring to drive product innovation.This role involves:

• Developing long-term strategies and roadmaps.
• Conducting market analysis and competitive monitoring.
• Identifying and implementing innovative product solutions.
• Representing IONOS at industry events.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Monitoring product performance and quality.
• Supporting internal and external communication of product developments.

Requirements include:

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a cloud service provider or in the IT industry.
• A deep understanding of virtualization technologies, with VMware knowledge being advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating business cases and pricing models.
• Leadership qualities and experience in leading a team.
• High self-motivation and results orientation.
• Fluency in German and English.
