Post Production Audio Mixer

Job Description

Beast Industries is seeking a skilled Post Production Audio Mixer to join its post-production team. The ideal candidate will work on unscripted, reality-style content, ensuring high-quality audio mixes under tight deadlines. This role involves managing fast-paced workflows and delivering polished audio for digital-first content, with occasional TV work.Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and delivering broadcast-quality audio for YouTube content
• Managing fast-paced workflows and completing mixes within 2–3 days
• Operating with expert-level proficiency in Pro Tools
• Handling turnover workflows between Premiere Pro and Pro Tools
• Cleaning, editing, and blending production audio, ADR, and VO
• Participating in remote spotting sessions via Evercast
• Ensuring mixes meet LUFS standards and platform-specific specs
• Preparing organized Pro Tools sessions for localization and archiving
• Responding to QC notes and applying revisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in post-production audio, especially in unscripted or reality TV
• Proficient in Avid Pro Tools and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of ADR workflows, dialogue editing, and sound blending
• Familiarity with LUFS loudness standards and multi-track delivery
• Experience working with remote teams and review platforms like Evercast
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and session organization
• Interest or experience in YouTube and digital-first storytelling
