Job Description
Vimeo is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join their growing team in London. This role involves working with a diverse customer base to understand their needs and demonstrate how Vimeo's innovative, intuitive, and secure video platform can help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a technology enthusiast with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of explaining complex concepts simply.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and help them solve video hosting, monetization, and live streaming needs.
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations of Vimeo's features.
- Design and validate proposed solution workflows, documenting them for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute RFPs, product evaluations, and security questionnaires.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Architect in a SaaS environment.
- Enterprise technology knowledge and expertise.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
- Understanding of live and on-demand video workflows preferred.
