Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking a Sales Director to expand its enterprise customer base in the Nordics. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technology partners. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mindset, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the analytics landscape. This position is based in Sweden and can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients.
  • Deepen dbt Cloud's footprint in existing accounts.
  • Engage with technology partners to expand reach.
  • Contribute to sales process development.
  • Collaborate with product teams on the enterprise roadmap.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in building and closing enterprise pipelines.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology sales.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for teamwork and community involvement.
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
