RPA is seeking an Assistant Negotiator to join their National Video/Audio Investment Team. This role is based in sunny Santa Monica, California and operates on a hybrid work model.This team member will be responsible for managing client's TV/streaming video and audio commercials, ensuring spots air as planned, and ensuring all bills are paid correctly and on time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for TV shows/programs and streaming video platforms, as well as a strong desire to learn about the business of TV/streaming video and the entertainment industry. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What this role involves: - Assisting buyers and supervisors on day-to-day tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with media partners
- Serving as the day-to-day contact for all changes with all media partners
- Maintaining a monthly budget
- Managing multi-million dollar budgets
