Job Description
Degreed is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their Enterprise Solutions organization. This role is crucial for establishing a solution and value-oriented method of working with strategic customers. The Enterprise Architect will be the technical strategist ensuring the platform integrates seamlessly into the HR-IT landscapes of global enterprise customers. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to implement solutions to customer challenges.
Role involves:
- Defining and evolving reference architecture and integration patterns.
- Designing integrations with HRIS, ITSM, and Learning & Talent suites.
- Serving as the principal architect for strategic accounts.
- Architecting ingestion pipelines for AI/ML services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles in SaaS or HR-tech.
- 2+ years leading large Enterprise software deployments.
- Strong experience with API-based integrations and data mapping.
- Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, event buses, and ETL tools.
- Proficiency in building automation and middleware solutions.
- Security architecture knowledge.
- Stellar communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
