Job Description
Degreed is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join their Enterprise Solutions organization. This role is crucial for establishing a solution and value-oriented approach with strategic customers, aiding in the development of long-term roadmaps and compelling joint visions. The Senior Enterprise Architect will ensure the seamless integration of Degreed's skills-first learning platform into the complex HR-IT landscapes of global enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve reference architecture and integration patterns.
- Design bi-directional integrations with HRIS, ITSM, and Learning & Talent suites.
- Serve as principal architect on strategic accounts.
- Architect ingestion pipelines for AI/ML services.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in enterprise or solution-architecture roles in HR-tech.
- 5+ years leading large Enterprise software deployments.
- Strong experience with API-based integrations and data mapping.
- Hands-on technical expertise with REST APIs, event buses, and ETL tools.
- Security architecture knowledge covering encryption, IAM, and data privacy.
- Stellar communication skills for translating between stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
