Senior Enterprise Architect | UK

Degreed is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join their Enterprise Solutions organization. This role is crucial for establishing a solution and value-oriented approach with strategic customers, aiding in the development of long-term roadmaps and compelling joint visions. The Senior Enterprise Architect will ensure the platform integrates seamlessly into the HR-IT landscapes of global enterprise customers.

The candidate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and client solution teams to integrate skills-driven talent experiences into the enterprise digital fabric. They will also work with cross-functional teams to plan and scope technical engagements, ensure delivery quality, and leverage Degreed technology to implement novel solutions.

The role involves:

• Defining and evolving reference architecture and integration patterns.
• Designing bi-directional integrations with HRIS, ITSM, and Learning & Talent suites.
• Serving as the principal architect on strategic accounts.
• Architecting ingestion pipelines for AI/ML services.

Requirements include:

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution-architecture roles in HR-tech.
• 5+ years leading large Enterprise software deployments.
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and data mapping.
• Hands-on technical expertise with REST APIs, event buses, and ETL tools.
• Security architecture knowledge covering encryption, IAM, and data privacy.
• Stellar communication skills for translating between stakeholders.
