Job Description
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to oversee the implementation, operation, and maintenance of their Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR data, optimizing HR processes, and providing technical support to the HR team. The HRIS Manager will work closely with HR, IT, and management to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions.Simtra is a world-class Contract Development Manufacturing Organization, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring their sterile injectable products to market.   • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of HRIS.
  • Build and maintain online forms for collecting required HR data.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of HR data.
  • Create and generate various HR reports.
  • Train HR staff on the proper use and benefits of HRIS.
  • Provide technical support for HRIS, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Lead HRIS upgrade projects and system integrations.
  • Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in HRIS management; supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading and successfully integrating HRIS.
  • Proficient in system administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple HRIS projects.
