Job Description

Karbon, a global leader in practice management software, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and managing leads, demonstrating Karbon’s value, and leading technical demonstrations. This role involves prospecting, lead qualification, demand creation, and closing new business.

The Account Executive will work remotely within the United States and will play a key role in optimizing how prospects run their firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to prospective customers promptly and book discovery calls.
  • Drive and expand your portfolio of prospects through outbound engagement and call activity.
  • Create Outreach sequences leveraging marketing rich content and/or custom campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of information and forecasts in Salesforce/Gong.
  • Demonstrate how Karbon's value proposition aligns with clients' requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS to mid-market businesses.
  • Experience with outbound sales and a hunter mentality.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong business case for Karbon.
  • Technical aptitude to master sales tools and tech stack.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask sales opportunities.
  • Friendly but assertive demeanor.
  • Physically located in the United States, preferably in Central or Eastern time zones.
