Product Specialist

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to work with customers, helping them adopt Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. Zenoti is a leading cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.

The role involves:

• Working with customers to define requirements.
• Driving demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews.
• Designing and setting up proof of concepts and pilots.
• Configuring Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Addressing customer issues and concerns.
• Aligning working hours to overlap customer timezone.
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and market dynamics.
• Maintaining complete documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1-7 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products
• Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong ability to demo/train and deliver excellent customer presentations
• Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to travel on short notice
• Good to have knowledge of Web Design using HTML, JavaScript
• Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp applications
• Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the wellness/spa industry a plus
