Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Customer Success professional to play a pivotal role in retaining existing customers and enhancing brand loyalty. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building value-based customer relationships, gathering product feedback, and developing customer-focused processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Building value based customer relationship
  • Gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customers
  • Developing customer focused processes for ensuring customer success
  • Applying domain expertise to close deals
  • Ensuring high user adoption of customer success management application
  • Implementing best practices to improve customer success
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding handoff

Requirements:
  • A passion for customer success and laser focus on providing customer value
  • 4+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers
  • Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations
  • Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required
  • Experience dealing with large, complex accounts building relationships at C- Level
  • A 4-year degree in any field
  • PMP is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, support processes work – will be a definite plus
