Job Description

enmacc, Europe's largest OTC trading market for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager to manage customer success in the DACH region. The role involves guiding customers through their journey on the enmacc marketplace, from onboarding to upselling and cross-selling, ensuring a first-class customer experience. The Account Manager will collaborate with the marketplace management team, analyze usage and market data, and act as a point of contact for existing customers within enmacc.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through their journey within the marketplace.
  • Expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketplace management team to ensure traders have all they need and drive adoption.
  • Analyze usage and market data from the DACH region and manage dedicated customers.
  • Act cross-functionally within enmacc as a point of contact for existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales/account management in the energy industry is essential.
  • Enjoyment of digital products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Structured approach to customer development paths.
