Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of an enterprise-level operations automation platform. This role involves integrating AWS and Alibaba Cloud resources to establish a standardized, intelligent operational framework, enhancing both efficiency and reliability.   • Leading the architecture design of a cross-cloud operations automation platform.
  • Developing unified operational APIs and a visual console.
  • Building end-to-end resource lifecycle management using IaC tools.
  • Integrating CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment.
  • Designing an automated operations rule engine, leveraging AI/ML.
  • Building a knowledge base system to document SOPs and enable automated execution.
  • Designing a unified operations model across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Establishing operational standards and drive configuration standardization.
  • Embedding security baseline checks to automatically scan cloud configurations.
  • Automating approval workflows for sensitive operations.
  • Developing resource utilization analysis tools.
  • Designing FinOps automation solutions for budget alerts.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java).
  • Deep understanding of AWS and Alibaba Cloud core service APIs.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies (Serverless, K8s Operator).
  • 5+ years in DevOps/operations development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Aliyun hybrid cloud automation tools.
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
