Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Options and Structured Products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of new options trading products. This role involves defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of global traders.Role involves:- Setting business goals and achieving OKRs for options trading.
- Identifying traders' pain points and ideating innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to grow the options ecosystem.
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the trading domain.
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred.
- Solid product development design and project management skills.
- Great logical thinking and communication skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and empathetic to users' feedback.
- Ability to drive and lead projects independently.
