Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Product Manager II to join their Payments team. This role is pivotal in building and shaping Garner's payments ecosystem, focusing on delivering financial incentives to patients for choosing top-performing providers. The Product Manager will report to the Director of Product Management and will be responsible for various aspects of the payment system, from member-facing products to internal tools for payment operations. This is a fully remote position.
What this role involves:
- Leading projects to enable patients to track payments in real-time.
- Integrating Garner with health savings accounts.
- Introducing faster payment rails for member reimbursements.
- Defining and developing the payments roadmap.
- Driving new feature development from ideation to launch.
- Defining success metrics and ensuring data is in place to measure progress.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Highly autonomous and thrives in taking ownership of complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills, using data to guide product decisions.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
