Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking dedicated assistant de vie (H/F) to join its team. In this role, the individual will be responsible to provide support and care to elderly individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience is accepted with completion of Ouihelp's internal paid training
