Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Vice President of Provider Sales to lead the company's growth efforts within the provider segment. The VP will spearhead relationships and distribution strategy with healthcare service providers nationwide. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience working with provider organizations.Role involves:
- Building out and owning Garner’s distribution model for multiple types of healthcare service providers of all sizes, including defining the economic model and sales process.
- Closing new deals and forming strategic partnerships with both regional and national healthcare service providers.
- Growing and developing Garner’s brand and presence within the provider community.
- Partnering with executive leadership to refine the company’s distribution strategy for this segment.
- Executing necessary actions to achieve annual sales goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles with revenue responsibilities.
- Previous experience in managed care and/or building relationships with hospital systems, provider groups, ACOs, and healthcare vendors.
- A deep understanding of value-based care and healthcare economics.
- Strong strategic account planning and execution skills.
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with significant growth potential.
