Garner Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive sales of its fully and self-insured products within the 250-5,000 life segment. This remote role focuses on relationship management within Garner's partnership ecosystem, including benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's mission of improving the healthcare system.
What this role involves: - Owning revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product.
- Focusing on the 250-5,000 life segment.
- Continuing and expanding on Garner’s existing fully and self insured broker partnerships.
- Developing foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
Requirements: - Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
- Experience in health insurance strongly preferred.
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
What this role offers: - A target base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 annually, plus commission.
