Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to expand its large enterprise segment. The VP will contribute to Garner’s sales and revenue functions, including managing partnerships and all day-to-day sales activities. This position is fully remote.Role involves:
- Building out Garner’s large enterprise channel
- Owning the direct sales cycles
- Supporting the development of new, strategic, broker relationships
- Providing regular performance reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits
- Existing relationships within the broker, consultant and insurance communities
- Minimum of 3+ years experience selling large Enterprise clients
- Data literacy with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights
- Proven experience with developing processes and executing on sales strategies
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Comfort working with remote teams
