Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to expand its large enterprise segment. The VP will contribute to Garner’s sales and revenue functions, including managing partnerships and all day-to-day sales activities. This position is fully remote.Role involves:
  • Building out Garner’s large enterprise channel
  • Owning the direct sales cycles
  • Supporting the development of new, strategic, broker relationships
  • Providing regular performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits
  • Existing relationships within the broker, consultant and insurance communities
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience selling large Enterprise clients
  • Data literacy with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights
  • Proven experience with developing processes and executing on sales strategies
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Comfort working with remote teams
